Could this trigger it because i only have 20gb of space left and my storage is low? Do i need to immediately delete programs off my computer so this could solve the issue? It does show the storage as red so to speak when its below a certain storage and i believe a computer could have issues when storage is low right. Is this a trackpad issue? I will also say that i have a 232gb ssd and now there is around 20gb only available. then use the left right buttons on keyboard to restart or shutdown.ĭoes anyone know why im having these issues? So the only way i can restart or shutdown is click the windows logo on my keyboard. Basically i cant even click on most of the things on my desktop at all. i went to recycle bin but i cant even click on it.
Then i notice when i try to click on icons on my desktop or my documents, it doesn't work and when i tried to delete a document by highlighting it and press delete, it would not delete it, it would right click it sometimes.
Its like you cant even click on it most of the time. The issue now is after this, i can't even click on anything like the chrome tabs i have at the bottom. Then there is no right clicking for a bit. then i tried the trackpad and i think this might be a trackpad issue? I would use my mouse and when it right clicks, i would then left click it.

Right now i turned on my laptop, entered my bitlocker password, then it was downloading windows update, then i had to enter my password again but then i logged in. Well whenever there is windows update, i let it do its thing and then my computer is on fine without an issue. But it was real quick before it turned on or off computer. Happened 2 times just earlier today and yesterday i believe.

If bad comes to worse use the right arrow/left arrow keys on the numeric pad. You can get them online but sometimes it can be tricky to get them. Even worse would be if you check and the hinge is broken. Sometimes, it could also be that the hinge, that works like a spring is loose and/or is not attached properly.
Let the alcohol dry and then put the keys back and see if they work. Once they are in position, make sure to clean them with alcohol. If for some reason, the nipples are stuck on the down position, try pulling on them until they reach the position they should be at. If they work ok, just make sure that you clean the nipples and around them with 90% alcohol. Once this is accomplished, you should see the hinges on their positions and also you should see a plastic nipple. A little bit more pulling and you can take the keys off completely.make sure not to damage the hinges and most importantly try for the hinges to stay on their position on the keyboard. Do not use to much force, just keep pulling until you hear a click and the keys are only attached to the keyboard by a hinge. If the keys are stuck and something was spilled on them, you can try taking the keys of the keyboard. Are they sunk into the base of the keyboard? Are they stuck?
